The flat fee approach to selling my home in Whispering Pines was a no brainer. I had my home listed for six months with another full fee shop and ZERO offers.. After listing with you, five offers in very little time. PLUS, I had the option of selling the home myself and saving a ton of commissions.. With my other agent if I had sold my home to my best friend I still would have had to pay the 6%! I wanted the chance to sell it through MilitarybyOwner myself, AND still wanted it on the MLS. Only your company could provide this to me.
Another mentionable asset was your personal unbiased opinion. Most agents give inflated suggestions about what the initial offering price should be, to get the listing; only to have little or no showings then multiple price reductions.. All the while I still have a house payment to make. Not you, I think since you have a flat fee service your opinion of value and marketability is extremely unbiased by the nature of our relationship.
Beyond the obvious, your virtual tour, photos fliers, etc. were extremely professional. Your promptness, attention to the sales process, and overall demeanor were the best I've seen. Seriously! No regrets using your company. I would not hesitate to refer you and your firm to my clients and friends.

SYOPN did a great job for us! Most folks do their own search via the web these days, and then tell their Realtor which homes they want to see. So it is important that you have a detailed MLS listing, description and a top-notch virtual home tour.
Charlotte provided both. They were far better than those created by previous commissioned agencies and the result was twice the number of showings.
